  • Book an appointment with our designer. During this appointment, you will be able to share your design dreams and ideas with our designer. She will work with you to understand your vision and create a design plan that brings it to life.

  • Choose your materials. Our designer will work with you to select the best materials for your project, ensuring that they meet your preferences and specifications.

Design Process

  • Review your design. Once the design is complete, our designer will present it to you for review. You will have the opportunity to make any final changes or adjustments before the production process begins.

Payment

To begin the process of creating your unique and personalized CHYATEE piece, we require payment in full before production begins.

This ensures that our artisans have the necessary resources to create your bespoke order with the utmost care and attention to detail, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your individual style and values.

Production

  • Our team of skilled artisans will create your bespoke product using the highest quality materials and techniques. We will keep you updated on the progress of your project throughout the production process.

Once a product is sent to the production stage, changes to the design, size, or materials may not be possible. If you need to make a change to your order at this stage, an extra fee may be required to cover the cost of reworking the product.

Delivery

Once your product is complete, we will deliver it to you directly or arrange for you to come and try the item on.

All alterations made on pieces will be subject to an extra fee. This includes changes to the design, size, and materials. Our team will work with you to ensure that any alterations are completed to your satisfaction.

    Timbrel took the image I had in my head and made it a reality. Working with a designer like Timbrel requires some trust and she has it in spades. I gave Timbrel my inspiration for a completely custom, modern tux and told them "to go crazy" with their flare with anything I didn't specifically mention; they exceeded my exceptions. After an initial consultation and down payment, She took my measurements. A week later I came in to look at fabrics. We narrowed down a color scheme but didn't make a selection. On my next visit, Timbrel presented me with a sample of exactly what I was looking for. A month later my tux arrived, it was spectacular, I had a fitting for alterations, and it was done. In the end, Timbrel did my bow tie, jacket, shirt, pants, and pocket silk. She consulted on my belt, shoes and socks as well to make it all come together. I couldn't be happier.
